This Fair Haven, NJ kitchen was a small, cramped room with 18″ deep counters and a strange layout when Carol found it. She worked within the existing architecture and removed a wall and added structural support to build a bright, open kitchen with carrara marble counters, stainless steel appliances, oak flooring, and white shaker-style cabinets. There was a tight budget for the job, and off-the-shelf RTA solid wood cabinets were selected.
